The Sun

By the light of the day

I will find the true way

And when day turns to night

The moon will be my light

And when the moon is not full

May constellations guide me

And when the sky is cloudy

I’ll build a fire beside me

I will see through the darkness

And face what is frightening

And when the thunder rolls

I will bottle the lightning

And when I am struck

I will have no fear

For what death doth appear

Is but life’s eternal sphere
